1. Booking, Travel & Policies

All bookings must be made through our website or authorized agents.
A minimum deposit or full payment is required to confirm your booking.
Bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
Cancellations must be requested in writing (email or portal).
Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy and may take up to 7-10 business days to process.
No refunds for no-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours of departure).
You are responsible for carrying valid government ID and documents.
For international travel, ensure your passport and visa are valid.
YatraRoot is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes due to weather, strikes, or acts beyond our control.
We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings during the trip.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in fuel prices, taxes, or other unforeseen factors.
Inclusions and exclusions will be clearly mentioned in the itinerary or package details.
Travelers are expected to respect local customs, rules, and fellow travelers.
We reserve the right to remove any traveler causing disruption without any refund.
